only slightly increase your
heart rate.

contact with nature as do outdoor
activities, sports and games .
• Do not help much in getting your 60
minutes of required daily moderate to
intense exercise.

• Provide less opportunity to interact with
your friends and family.
• Do not help you develop skills as well as
doing outdoor activities, sports and
games do.
For Your Health
• Be active everyday!
• Spend less time sitting and watching
TV or playing video games.
• Replace playing video games with
playing outside, doing sports or other
physical activities.
