
Everything appears to be going well in the Interior interlocking schedule and the few tournaments that
have taken place so far. We ran an NCCP clinic out of West Kelowna in April with approx. 18 coaches for
the initiation clinic and 10 coaches that took the regional certification. I noticed by Anne’s registration
number report that some association from the Interior have not submitted their affiliation fees. I will be
following up in the next week with these associations to assure that this is done.


Registration for the 2016 season is up 18% over 2015. With two years of high growth in our numbers we
are being challenged with finding coaches and fields. We are working closely with the City to
accommodate these numbers along with social media coverage.

The BC Summer Games tryouts were scheduled for our Zone on May 7th, 2016 but due to a conflict with
the Bantam AA Provincials, we had to drop out of the summer games.

The challenges in our Association with the Permanent Move up requests have subsided now that parents
have recognized that our Board of Directors were holding firm on our decisions. No refunds were
requested and our season started May 2nd, 2016.
Caravan was huge success
