Minutemen and VFC T1 Request Process
T1 rosters are an official USA Hockey roster that is requested by a team (via Hockey Office) and
approved by USA Hockey. T1 rosters are often required by tournaments, but not always.
If you need a T1 please contact the Hockey Office with the following:





Complete list of players
o First and Last name
o DOB
o Current team and level (in case they are an addition for a tournament)
Complete list of team staff – coaches and managers
USA Hockey registration for all of the above (if you have provided this to the Hockey Office
previously, you are not required to provide it again)
Level you are competing at for the tournament
o NO PLAYER CAN BE FROM A HIGHER LEVEL THAN WHAT YOU ARE COMPETING IN
ANY TOURNAMENT
The T1 will be returned to the original requestor to forward on to their tournament
All T1 requests should be requested 2 weeks prior to event. We create the T1 roster then submit it to
USA Hockey for approval. We cannot control how long this process can take.
All teams will get a T1 in December to show your “locked in” roster for the remainder of the season.
