takes place on the third Tuesday in

New Arrival and Dismissal
Procedures
FOR A VERY LONG TIME NOW,
Wekiva has allowed parents to
walk their children on the campus
and up to their doorways. Times
have changed and we have had to
put safety measure into place.
Wekiva is a safe place to be! There
are new measures put into place
each year to continue safety. This
year, no parents are allowed on
the campus without checking in.
We have parents that are on our
ramps in the morning and
afternoon, and this will now have
to change too. Attached to the
newsletter is the arrival/dismissal
procedures. They are a “work in
progress” as we move through the
construction. Please read to be
informed. We will be asking
parents to say good bye to their
children and let them walk up to
their classroom.
With parents on the ramp, many
times, the supervising staff cannot
