SEASON TICKET NAME CHANGES
The following closing dates will apply for applicants wishing to purchase new season ticket:
Season ticket holders can change the name on their season ticket TeamCard by sending a letter
from the original season ticket holder confirming that they wish to relinquish the seat and who
they are passing it to. A new account including customer number will be created for the new
customer unless they are already a True Blue Member. It is important to note that the new
account will not have a record of the Loyalty Points from the previous season. Should the name
be changed before the season ticket TeamCard is renewed this will be free of charge. However,
should a name change take place once the Season TeamCard has been renewed there will be a
charge of £25.
This plan offers supporters an alternative choice of payment method as we realise one lumpsum payment is not always preferred. You can apply for the plan either online through www.
seasonticketfinance.com/chelsea or by completing the attached instalment plan application
form and returning it along with your season ticket application form. Applications for the
season tickets will be accepted until a deadline of 5pm on 17 June 2016, at the Stamford Bridge
ticket office and via www.chelseafc.com. Applications for the instalment plan must be received
by Zebra Finance by 5pm on 17 June 2016.
Representative example - Amount Of Credit £940 Admin Fee of £29.14 payable. Total Amount
Repayable £969.14. Repayable by 1st monthly payment of £217.14 (including Admin Fee)
followed by 4 monthly payments of £188.00 Interest rate 0% pa fixed. Representative 13.3%
APR. Example based upon an East Upper, adult season ticket costing £940. Credit is subject to

Season tickets held in a business name must be in the name of a company registered at
Companies House.
TICKET EXCHANGE
This service has been designed to enable season ticket holders who are unable to attend a
match a safe, secure and reliable way to sell their seat/s to other season ticket holders and
members. Tickets can be listed for sale six weeks before the match. Only tickets for Premier
League home matches can be sold on the Ticket Exchange.
EUROPEAN AWAY TICKETS
Should we qualify for a UEFA competition , tickets will go on sale approximately 28 days before
a match to supporters on the UEFA Away Scheme. Remaining tickets will then be sold to season
ticket holders and members as per the ticketing policy.
Season tickets held in a business name (as determined by the club) cannot purchase tickets for
UEFA away matches.
Season ticket holders who hold two or more season tickets in one name can only purchase one
UEFA away match ticket.
To qualify as a juvenile you must be under 20 as of 31 July 2016. Juveniles under the age of 14
will NOT be permitted entry to the stadium unless accompanied by a person over 18 years.
A copy of the monthly club magazine will be sent to all season ticket holders over the age of
13. Under-13s will receive a copy of the quarterly ‘Bridge Kids’ magazine. Every adult season
ticket holder may collect a copy of the Chelsea FC Yearbook free of charge. As part of our
commitment to the environment you can choose to receive your Chelsea magazine online.
Please remember to indicate which option you prefer on the application form.
Supporters who turn 65 during the 2016/17 season will be able to call telesales or visit the
ticket office during the season ticket holder reservation period and reserve their seat for cup or
UEFA Champions/Europa League matches at the reduced concession price.
FAMILY AREA
The East Stand Family Centre will operate in the East Stand Lower and will offer concessionary
seating to juveniles and senior citizens.
• Adult ticket holders in the East Lower must be accompanied by a juvenile at all matches (at a
ratio of no more than two adult seats per juvenile seat).
• Individual adult match tickets are not available for purchase within the East Stand Family
Centre.
• Senior citizens who wish to sit in the East Stand Family Centre can purchase one adult match
ticket as a guest. If the concession match ticket is purchased in the member’s period then the
adult must be a True Blue Member.

MAGAZINES AND YEARBOOKS
Any season ticket holder who qualifies for senior citizen concessions during season 2015/16
will be able to renew their seat at the senior citizen concessional price. Subject to the paragraph
below, to qualify as a senior citizen you must be 65 or over as of 31 July 2016.

RESPONSIBILITIES
It is the responsibility of each season ticket holder to ensure they present their season ticket
TeamCard at each game. A £5 administration fee will be charged for season ticket holders who
are issued a duplicate ticket on a match-by-match basis. If a card is lost and a replacement card
is issued to the season ticket holder by the ticket office, an administration fee of £25 will be
levied.

Chelsea Rewards points can be collected and redeemed on a yearly cycle starting on 1 July
and ending on 30 June each year. At the end of each year you will have until 30 September
to redeem the points earned within the 12-month period, after which your Chelsea Rewards
points will expire. TeamCards will be sent out by the end of July.

Season ticket holders in all non-hospitality areas must pay separately for domestic cup games
and, in the event of the club qualifying for European competition, any home European cup
games. Season ticket payment is inclusive of access to all Premier League home fixtures only.
Season ticket holders will always have a period in which they can purchase their own seat
before all home domestic and European cup games. In order to attend these cup games, season
ticket holders will need to apply within the reservation period. Details will be available from
