Our software was designed from hands on experience. Our
staff has worked with soccer clubs similar to yours not only
as consultants but also as volunteers. We understand that
while you may have paid staff, without the support from
your volunteers you would not be able to offer to your
members the programs and services you manage.
We pride ourselves on our ability to provide powerful
software that is very easy to use for non-technical
members, yet offer advanced features and options for the
more technical savvy members.

The use of our software, while secure, is intuitive and
straight forward. Our software features are specifically
designed and continually updated to reflect the needs
and wants of our clients and their members.
Outside of the League and Program modules, the
remaining modules can be used as needed and
introduced to your members when appropriate.

Online Registration
 In today’s world it doesn’t make sense to have people fill out
paper forms.
 Save time, money and trees
• Online registration eliminates the labour of re-entering
information year to year. Members enter in their own
information.
• This allows for quick re-registration from year to year
• Members register their families all at once and enter info
only once while benefiting from any discounts offered
• Members can only register to programs that are open and
appropriate to the age of the participant

Program Administration
 Setup as many programs as you need. A program can be for
example a summer house league or a skills camp. Programs
can run concurrently and have unique discounts.

• As members register see how the numbers impact the
number of teams you need by age group and gender
 Auto Generate Teams
• Based on your age group definitions, e.g. number of players
per team, have Sched2k generate the teams needed to
accommodate your registrations

 Game Sheet Generation
• as part of the setup offered by 8th Line Software we customize
the game sheets produced by Sched2k to your requirements.
• Sched2k cuts down on improperly filled out game sheets by
allowing coaches to print their game sheets from game to game.
• Coaches get to identify who will be at each game
• Coaches confirm game scores online
• Coaches receive a copy of the referee’s game report after each
game reported by the referee

 Game Assignment
• Games can be auto assigned based on referee qualification for
each age group or manually assigned
• Game offerings can be mass emailed to referees
• Game assignments are emailed for acceptance by each referee
• Reminders for overdue game reports are emailed
 Referee Preferences
• when a referee first registers, they are asked to complete their
profile indicating any conflicts they may have within your club
• Your referees can identify what times and days of the week
they are able to referee
• Referees can also identify the fields they can work at
