8.30am—4.00pm
Get a team together and come down for a day of Netball.
All proceeds will be donated to:
JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)
Each team will need to provide their own umpire for the day.
There will be both Open Division and Under 16’s Division.
Junior and Senior Teams are encouraged to register.
Medals for 1st and 2nd placed teams.
Prize money for the Overall winning teams in both Divisions.
There will be a sausage sizzle available.
Single Game vouchers will be required for players not registered with Netball WA for insurance
purposes.
Your team fee of $200 needs to be paid no later than Friday 11 April 2014. Team registration
will not be accepted without full payment (including payment of any single game vouchers).
Please mark the person requiring the single game voucher on your rego form so this will be
ready for them to collect on the day.
Please use your team name as a reference.
