Tournament Overview
The Toronto Argonauts Football Club in partnership with SU Sportz
is pleased to announce the 1stAnnual School Flag Football
Tournament.
The 1stAnnual School Flag Football Tournament has been created to
enhance Faith Night Celebrations at the Toronto Argonauts regular
season home game scheduled for October 21 versus the Edmonton
Eskimos at Rogers Centre.
Logistics of Tournament




32 teams can participate in the tournament.
2 Round Robin Tournaments with 8 divisions of 4 teams.
25 minutes running time per game, 5 minutes transition time between games.
Each team is guaranteed 3 games.

 Located at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC)
 Cheerleaders, Mascot, activities and entertainment will be available for teams
who are no longer participating in the tournament

Championship Game concludes and all remaining teams at the Rogers Centre head to the
MTCC

 Guest speakers and interactive activities at will show the importance and benefits of
leadership, sport , Christ and how they all work together

Tailgate BBQ- Gate 11 Rogers Centre
 Marc Angelo and Janes Family Foods will provide food for all players and coaches
 Additional food, music and entertainment will be available
5:30pm
 Gates open to the general
 All teams can enter the stadium at their leisure and head to the designated seating
areas for player warm ups and the game

TORONTO ARGONAUTS VS. EDMONTON ESKIMOS
Following The Game:
Faith Night event will take place on the field. All touch football participants and their
families will be invited to stay and participate in the event.
Players and cheerleaders will be available for autographs and fans will have the opportunity
to hear testimonies from players and other key note speakers.
Registration Package
The registration fee for each school is $550.
Included in that registration is the following:
 14 youth tickets for your each player on the flag team
 5 adult tickets for chaperones
 Flag football kit for 14 players including belts and flags
 Tournament sized football
 T-shirt for every player and every chaperone
