Phase I — Accountability / Toughness / Structure / Routine
End of Season to End of Fall semester - The players are awarded t-shirts
by categories on how they tested on our 3 lifts and 3 movements.
Phase II - Started Beginning of 2nd semester
Emphasis is 8 weeks of lifting and limited running . This is our major strength phase.
Leadership curriculum (20 minute lecture each day) coaches / Players present
We will test on bench / squat / pwr clean - 40 yd dash / stand broad jump / pro
agility

Orders will be fulfilled 3-4 weeks after site closes, unless items
are on back order. Orders will be delivered to your school's
athletics department. Given out on equipment day.
