AuPear hospitality: it is difficult to decide on a dish for all your guest, however please choose
your favourite menu with the knowledge that we ask on the day your guests about their needs
and likings. We respond with prepared alternatives for dietary requirements and dislikes. E.g. if
you choose prawns or Lamb in your menu we know, a few customer don't like them and we're
prepared to offer alternatives on the day.
