Reason: I have recently been asked to
transform the analytics work stream in my
organisation, and will be looking at this deeply
to understand why majority of the analytics
initiative failed and what strategies should be
adopted to make them successful. I will be
reviewing real cases in my organisation
benchmark them against the industry, and
form a new strategy, test this via simulation. I
will also work on the identifying statistical tool
and their implementation and which tool fits

centre world.
