Winners will be selected at random each week for four consecutive weeks for a 1-night stay at the Inn at Fox Hollow.
Gift certificate will be good for up to one year from the date of issue and is based upon availability. No cash value.
GRAND PRIZE
One winner will be selected at random for a Suite Surrender package at the Inn at Fox Hollow plus a $500 AMEX
gift card. Suite Surrender Package includes overnight stay in a luxury suite, champagne, roses, chocolates,
dinner for two at Volpe Restaurant & breakfast at The Inn at Fox Hollow. Suite Surrender gift certificate will be
good for up to one year from the date of issue and is based upon availability. No cash value.

CONTEST TERMS
Publicity: By participating in the Contest, all participants and winner(s) grant the Inn at Fox Hollow exclusive permission to use their names, characters,
photographs, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use.
Release: By participating in the Contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Inn at Fox Hollow, its employees and
agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the use of any prize.
Conduct and Decisions: By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Inn at Fox Hollow. Unsportsmanlike, inappropriate, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited and will result in automatic disqualification of the contest. The Inn at Fox
Hollow will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and the Inn at Fox Hollow’s
decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or
failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Inn at Fox Hollow, the Inn at Fox Hollow reserves the right to terminate
this Contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Inn at Fox Hollow deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the The Inn at
Fox Hollow and are final. The Inn at Fox Hollow may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion and reserves the right to amend the rules or discontinue
the Contest at any time.
Odds Of Winning: The odds of winning depend upon the number of participants.
Miscellaneous: Must be 21 years of age or older to enter & win. Limit one prize, per photo/entry. All winners will be announced on social media
(Facebook, Instaram & Twitter) and will be responsible for contacting the Inn at Fox Hollow to coordinate receiving their prize. Winner must claim prize no
later than December 1, 2016. Should winner not claim prize, the Inn at Fox Hollow will assume the prize to be forfeited and will not select another winner.
