Individual Player Registration Instructions
Go to www.lakecountrysoccer.org
On the blue bar on the home page click on “Leagues”
From the dropdown click on “Middle School Soccer”
From the dropdown click on “Middle School Girls- Spring”
You will be directed to the LCS registration page
Find the green button that says “Middle School Indiv Player Registration Link” and
click on it.
You will be directed to the on-line Affinity registration site
Click on Middle School Online Registration Please Click Here
- Select Registration Type which is Middle School Registration
- For a player who has not played at LCS in the Fall 2013 or the Winter
2013/14 session they will need to create a player profile with a username
and password to continue through the registration process.
- For a player who has played at LCS for the Fall 2013 or the Winter 2013/14
league they will already have a player profile in Affinity. They will need to
log-in and enter their username and password to bring up their account.
Once they have logged in they will be allowed to continue and to apply.
If a parent has any issues with registering they can call the Affinity help line at
855-476-8722. The hours are 9 am – 9 pm (cst) Monday thru Friday.
