RDB Placements CSV

InTime Export
Summary:
The InTime Export plugin from ProNet will extract placement data into a .CSV file – RDB
Placements.csv. The files produced can then be imported into your Intime system.
Please Note:
-
Expenses are not exported as standard.
Once the export files are created they will be overwritten the next time the export is run
again. If you want to retain the previously exported data it is advisable to either rename the
files or rename and move them to an alternative location.
Installing and running the Export:
Firstly, a setup script will need to be run on the server. Note that the setup script will create three
applicant custom columns in RDB ProNet, which are required for the export.
In order to use the InTime Export plugin in ProNet, a plugin package needs to be setup.
From the Plugin Manager area (Options > Manager > Plugin Packages) in ProNet you can select the
users who should have access to the export.
Once installed, the export is available from: File > Payroll Exports.
Once you have selected the export, click ‘Run’ and the ‘InTime Export’ screen will open.
Plugin Screens:
Define the Export Folder to export the data to and then set the start and end date ranges for the
placements. When ready, click ‘Run Export’.
