MANDATORY PROOF OF LIABILTY INSURANCE
Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show – September 13, 14 and 15, 2016
It is a condition of your contract to hold harmless, CANADA’S OUTDOOR SHOWS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
(COSLP), UNIVERSITY OF GUELPH (UoG), AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE of ONTARIO (ARIO),
CITY of WOODSTOCK and the COUNTY of OXFORD and its mandataries against all charges of liability.
PROOF OF INSURANCE REQUIRED
General liability insurance providing coverage of at least $2,000,000 inclusive of bodily injury and/or property
damage for each occurrence is mandatory.
OPTIONS FOR COVERAGE
Liability Insurance can be acquired according to two options:
1. Provide a certificate of insurance from your liability insurer adding Canada’s Outdoor Shows Limited
Partnership, University of Guelph, Agricultural Institute of Ontario, City of Woodstock and County of Oxford as
additional insureds. Please send proof of liability via email to [email protected] or via fax at
519-829-1777.
2. Obtain insurance coverage from the official insurance provider Vendor Insurance Ltd. This company
specializes in special event insurance and offers inexpensive and accurate short-term exhibitor insurance.

COST AND PAYMENT
Total cost for insurance to cover the entire duration of the Show, including move-in and out, is $110.00 plus 8%
PST. Payment must be made by credit card.
Policy warrants coverage is for static displays only. Claims arising from moving/operating machinery are
excluded.
