accessible rental housing
opportunities to people with
disabilities and low incomes in
the greater Lynchburg, Virginia

Initially founded in the mid 90’s as the Mabel
Rush Housing Foundation as a result of the need
for Mabel Rush and other parents of
intellectually disabled children to find housing
options outside institutional settings
