Coaches: Be patient and
kind. Coaching meetings.
Coaches shall keep players in line. Players will not argue with or discuss calls with the refs.
Coaches should be models of sportsmanship; and integrity for the players.
ONLYthe Offensive coach is allowed on the field when the ball is snapped. Coach must be
behind the offense and stay out ofthe way.
Substitutions: ALL players are in the substitution rotation.
Each player
will have offensive opportunities every game. {4 or more}
Offensive possessions should be at least 7fflo pass plays.
Coadres should inform the athletes throughout the game about the rules. Talk to your players
they are flag guarding,

hugging, blocking, off-sides, etc.

Ball carrier should slow down when a defender has position on him/her.

Games will be played 5 on 5, 4 on 4, or 3 on 3 depending on the number of athletes available.

Flags are
worn directly on the side of the hips.
Coin toss
Visitor captain calls head or tails.
Winner of the toss can elect to take the ball 1$ half or 2"d half.

Peoplg chairs, blankets, etc. need to be at least 5-6 feet back from the sidelines.

Offense starts with the ball on the 5 yard line and has 4 plays to get the ball across mid-field for

7 Second Sack C[ock QB has 7 seconds to throw or handoff the ball or he/she is considered
"sacked." Refs/Coach can count out loud if QB is having a hard time moving the ball in less than
7 seconds.
