The winners of each league will be awarded with medals and a trophy or shield which will be presented by the LMC at the club. 15’s League East Region League Fixtures will be played on a Saturday 1st Half of the season • 15’s Regional – Play each other once first half of the season 2nd Half of the Seasons • 15’s league will be split from 1st to 6th place and 7th to 12th place • Teams will then play each other twice The winner of the top and bottom split at the end of the season will be awarded with medals and a trophy or shield which will be presented by the LMC at the club. 17’s Leagues East Region League 3 rounds of fixture Fixtures will be played on a Sunday Winner of the league will be awarded with a trophy and medals, 2nd place will be awarded with medal. All will be presented by the LMC. Age Groups Age eligibility for season 2016 • 17’s – must be born between 1st Jan 1999 and 31st Dec 2002. • 15’s – must be born between 1st Jan 2001 and 31st Dec 2004. • 13’s – must be born between 1st Jan 2003 and 31st Dec 2006. • 11’s – must be born between 1st Jan 2005 and 31st Dec 2008. • 9’s – must be born between 1st Jan 2007 and 31st Dec 2010. Rules Confirmation of game: Rules Postponement rules: Proposed Rules Changes The following rule changes were all agreed by the clubs in each region in November 2015 however the rules are to be ratified at the SWF AGM on the 20th February 2016. 1. Postponements Proposed Addition: A maximum of 3 postponements of fixtures will be allowed by any team in one Season Proposed Change Teams may only apply for 3 postponements in any one season, and may not apply for any postponement after 1st October in any season. 2. Scottish Cup Player movement Proposed Change: The players in a team may be changed from match to match but a club or team may not play or list as a named substitute any player who in the same season has already played for another club or team, in any other Scottish Cup Competition irrespective of age group, including the senior Scottish Cup SCOTTISH WOMEN’S FOOTBALL YOUTH REGIONAL LEAGUES NOTICE OF POSTPONED OR ABANDONDED MATCH To: Insert RLA Contact Details Copy to (enter opponent details): We, , hereby give notice that our match against due to be played: at (venue): on (date): is to be postponed / was abandoned due to (enter reason for postponement / abandonment) : We have agreed with the visiting club, subject to the agreement of the Regional League Administrator, that the postponed or abandoned match will be played at (venue): on (date): Submitted by: Position: Date: Competition Rule 10 c If a club wishes to apply for a postponement of a fixture date such notification must be made to the Regional League Administrator at least 7 working days prior the date of the originally scheduled fixture. Such application must be made on a form supplied by the Regional Management Committee containing the reason for the application, the opposing club’s approval and an agreed proposed new fixture date. A fee for application of postponement may be charged to the club(s) in question. Competition Rule 10 d Notice of the postponement of any match due to an unplayable ground, or other causes over which neither club has control, must be given immediately by the home club to the visiting club, the appointed match official(s) and the Regional League Administrator. Any club failing to comply with instructions in this regard shall be referred to the Regional Management Committee. It is the responsibility of both competing clubs to agree upon a re-scheduled fixture date and advise the Regional League Administrator, in writing, within 7 working days from the original fixture date. Failing such agreement and notification to the Regional League Administrator, the Regional Management Committee shall have the power to determine the re-scheduled fixture date. Competition Admin/Communication Competition Admin/Communication • Club Secretaries to confirm fixtures information to RLA 5 days prior to fixture date. • After RLA has confirmation of venue and kick of times the fixtures, referee co-ordinators will be informed of fixtures needing covered. • Clubs will be advised once appointments have been made, via the weekly circular. • Clubs must call the referee to confirm venue, kick-off and colours or any changes/postponements to the referee prior to the match. If you can not contact the referee please contact the co-ordinator to pass on the information. Recording of Results • Results are to be sent into the RLA via email no later than 2days after the fixture takes place. • Official team lines will record the actual result of the match. If there is any discrepancies with regards to the results this will be picked up via the team lines. • Result on the web-site will be recorded as a max differential of 9 goals i.e. if the actual result is reported as 15-2, this will be recorded as 11-2 • Team lines along with match control forms will be handed to the referee who will then send to the East Region office.
