Student Application Information
2013-14 School Year
Returning Students: Enroll January 14-18, 2013 (Applications are in folders and in
office.)
Siblings of Returning Students may turn in New Student applications at the same time.
(New student applications are available in the CPP office.)
Priority Registration period: Children of CPC Members , siblings of former CPP students, siblings
of SRVCA students, children of former CPP and SRVCA students: Enroll January 22-31, 2013.

The applications will be processed in the order in which they are received.
Community Registration will be held on Friday, February 1, 2013.
from 8:30-3:00 in the preschool office.
Applications will also be received, after that date at the preschool office during weekday office hours.
Application Fee: There is a $65.00 non-refundable fee for all first time applicants.
New and Returning Student Enrollment Packets need to be picked up from the
preschool office the week of May 6-10, 2013.
When you pick up your packet you will receive your room assignment, and you will need to pay
for May 2014 (the last month of the 2013-14 school year). This May pre-payment is nonrefundable. It cannot be used to pay for a last month’s tuition in the event of early withdrawal.
Completed packet forms need to be returned by May 31, 2013.
Monthly Tuition** for nine months in 2013-14 will be as follows**
Pre-3’s: Mon. & Wed. a.m. or Tue & Fri. a.m.
$360/mo.
(An afternoon class on Mon. & Wed. would be offered if enrollment warrants.)
New Threes: Tue. & Thurs. a.m.
Returning Threes: Mon. & Wed. & Fri. a.m. (One classroom)
$360/mo.
$400/mo.
(This is a class for children with previous preschool experience.)
Fours: Mon. & Wed. & Fri. a.m.
Fours: Tues., Wed. & Thurs. p.m.
(This afternoon class will be offered if enrollment warrants.)
$400/mo.
$400/mo.
Afternoon Pre-K: Mon. through Thurs. p.m.
$430/mo.
Morning Pre-K: Mon. through Friday a.m.(One classroom)
$460/mo.
(Priority will be given to returning and new students who have a sibling in another
morning program.)
**Tuition fee subject to change**
Tuition is based on the number of sessions in a school year. The total cost is divided into nine equal
payments. Families are welcome to pay for multiple months. A credit card can only be used if you pay for
the whole year in advance at the beginning of the school year.
