ROOFTech 2017 takes place at the International Centre in Hall 5. This is the largest ever

All other Suppliers not listed will be available by phone and email while onsite. Their contact
information will be posted at the Supplier Service Desks located on the Show Floor beside
Booth #1000.
Booth Standards:
Management will provide blue 8’ high blue draped backwalls and 3’ high blue draped sidewalls.
Display material of any nature (including but not limited to signs, logos, show cases, display or
storage cabinets, electrical fixtures, wires, conduits, etc.) may be placed to a height not
exceeding eight (8) feet.
While sidewalls are not encouraged, the projection of such is permitted but must be limited to
a maximum of 5’ out from the rear of the booth, allowing 50% visibility at the sides of the
exhibit. The remaining 5’ must be at a height no greater than 4’. All sides and surfaces of the
exhibit (including booth, signs, display racks, shelves, etc.), which are exposed to view must be
properly finished and decorated.
Carpeting is mandatory. Exhibitors are responsible for covering their entire booth space. Carpet
can be rented through GES or an alternate floor covering can be brought in by the exhibitor
with written approval from Show Management.
Move-in: All exhibitry must be set in place for Monday evening at 8pm in order for the aisles to
be cleared and carpet laid for the opening of the Show at 10am on Tuesday morning. Larger
exhibits (400 sqft+), as well as heavy equipment exhibitors have been contacted to determine a

Show Floor Access: Exhibitors will have access to the Show floor two hours before the Show
opens on Tuesday, April 25th and one hour before show opens on Wednesday, April 26th.
Personal Protective Equipment: Hazards that lead to potential injuries to feet, head, hands,
and eyes are common in many industries. The wide variety and volume of work activity carried
out during the move-in and move-out process can expose employees to these types of injuries.
As such, all persons involved in the move-in and move-out process must wear CSA approved
steel-toed footwear and any additional personal protective equipment for the kind of booth
you are installing / dismantling.
Exhibit Staff Badges: All exhibitors have been emailed an e-badge in PDF format. (Please note: The
badge was sent to the email address linked to each individual registration). Print out and fold your ebadge as indicated and bring it with you to the show. When you arrive on-site, pick up a badge holder
and insert your folded badge. E-badges not received prior to the Show can be picked up onsite at
the Exhibitor Registration Desk during Monday’s Move-in as well as the morning of the Show.
The Exhibitor Registration Desk will be located in the Lobby area of Hall 5 and will be open the
following hours: Monday, April 24th from 10:00am – 8:00pm.
Move-out: Immediately following the close of Show, Wednesday, April 26th at 4:00pm moveout will begin. For insurance and safety purposes, dismantling of booths is not permitted until
the public has cleared the show floor at 4:00pm. All exhibitry must be packed up and off the
floor no later than 8:00pm.
Items which have not been dismantled and packed by 8:00pm will be dismantled and packed by
Show Management and prepared for removal at the owner’s /exhibitor’s expense.

Emergency Response Procedures: If during the course of the move-in, show days, or move-out,
an emergency situation occurs, please alert Security. In the event of an emergency evacuation,
security staff will help direct you to the nearest emergency exit and to the Designated
Evacuation Area. If a medical emergency occurs, immediately contact 911 and Show
Management. Notify the Centre’s Client Services at 416-891-2505. Notify Tone-Gar, the Official
Event Security, at 416-885-1946 and stand-by for further instructions.
Unauthorized Service Suppliers: Beware of Unauthorized Suppliers claiming to be with the
Show. Please keep in mind that only official Show Suppliers receive Exhibitor contact
information from Show Management authorizing them to contact you. Unauthorized suppliers
prey on exhibitors in successful Shows attempting to sell products or services they may not be
