Collect playing cards from at least five of the shops
listed. There are lots of ways to win one of sixteen
$50 gift certificates (with your poker hand, high or low
value of hand, the number of shops visited, etc.) and
every entry qualifies for the grand prize draw ~ a gift
basket chock full of the newest books and gadgets as
well as some basic essentials …
a total retail value of more than $600!
Many of the shops will also have in-store specials or
additional prizes for contestants!

Remove the right side of page (to keep list of shops).
Fold entry form backwards on dotted line (so your name, etc. is on
the outside). Place all your cards between the folded pages and
tape or staple sides and top to contain cards (or place in ziplock bag). Please do not staple or tape your cards to the form.
5. Drop off your entry at any participating shop no later than
5 PM on the last day of the Hop (March 31)

Visit at least 5 of the participating shops between Friday, March 16
and Saturday, March 31, where you will draw a playing card marked
as being from that shop.
2. Complete the entry form and submit it with all your playing cards.
Remember -- every card must be from a different shop. Depending
on the number of cards you submit, your entry may qualify for more
than one draw (though there is on only prize per person).
3. Entries may be dropped off at any participating store by the end of
the day on Saturday, March 31 OR mailed to:

(to be received no later than 5 PM Tuesday, April 9).
Winners will be notified by telephone or e-mail no later than 9 PM
on Friday, April 13.
These are the poker hands you want to try to collect, but remember
that even the lowest value hand can win a prize --- and every entry is
eligible for the grand prize drawn first!
