out of the premises / development voluntarily.
The management reserve the right to engage
cleaning contractors to remove all unwanted
items left outside the common areas by owners
and bill the owners directly.
The deposit shall be refunded free of interest subject
to any deductions by the Management for any costs
incurred to remedy any damage caused to the
common property by the resident.

renovation works/bulk delivery/house-moving* laid down by the Management. I, am agreeable to
pay the penalties as the Management may deem fit for infringement of the Rules or for any nuisance
caused, in addition to paying for damages arising from the actions or negligence of my contractors,
workmen, or agents. I understand that the Management or the workmen it employs shall not be
responsible for any loss of stocks, goods, parts etc whilst carrying out such clearance work.
