OPTIONAL: Entrant’s Survey
Please note: this survey is OPTIONAL and is purely to help the project give feedback to the funding
body.
The Social World of Nottingham’s Historic Green Spaces project is funded by the Arts and Humanities
Research Council. The project team is required to provide the funders with feedback on the outcomes
of their events and activities. To help with this we ask that you complete the survey below and return it
to Judith Mills either by email at [email protected] or by post to Judith Mills, Department
of History, University of Nottingham, Lenton Grove, Nottingham, NG7 2RD
As it is anonymous, it will have NO EFFECT on the results of the competition. It will be retained by the
University team and will not be passed on to the judging panel. You can return the survey either with
your competition entry or in a separate mailing.
