 To promote the FA Future Game philosophy

Minimum Level 2 Licensed Coach
Knowledge and Understanding of FA Youth Award Modules 1 and 2
Understanding of FA LTPD model
Knowledge and understanding of the reflective practitioner
Experience of undertaking a Mentoring role
Minimum of 5 Years experience of coaching in football across a range of
age groups from 5 to 16
Understanding of how a grassroots club operates
Driving licence
Modern, progressive approach to coaching and learning
Management and leadership skills
Commitment to the development of excellence and the promotion of


Knowledge and understanding of Football and coach development
Experience of working and supporting coach development
FA Youth Award Modules 1 and 2 and working towards Module 3 and final
assessment
Extensive experience of coaching coaches within grassroots football
FA Coach Mentor certificate
