Random Moment Time Study (RMTS) Every month, PCG (Public Consulting Group) randomly selects staff members across all of Michigan to complete a RMTS. A RMTS has a set date and time associated with it. This RMTS is used in the methodology for Medicaid reimbursement. The RMTS provides additional information on the amount of time staff spends on providing health services. Your completion of any RMTS that you receive not only impacts your district, but all districts across the state. PCG Hotline: 877-395-5017 PCG Email: [email protected] Notification: If you are randomly chosen for a RMTS, you should receive 2 notifications: 1. Paper Documentation – PCG creates a separate white envelope for each RMTS and sends all your district envelopes for each month to your SE Office. Your SE office is asked to send these on to you one week prior to your “moment”. On the enclosed letter, you will find the website address you need to go to in order to complete your moment 2. Email Notification – If you have a district email then you will also receive an email from “[email protected]” with a direct link for the website you need to go to. You should receive this email one week prior to your moment and then at least 1-2 days prior to your moment. If you do not receive an email notification but received your paper documentation, then contact your SE Office. They can verify your email address listed with PCG and then resend you the email with the link. Completion: Your RMTS must be completed within 48 hours after your date / time has passed. You will continue to receive email notifications from “[email protected]” regarding any overdue RMTS. Your SE Office will also receive this email notification. After 5 days, any incomplete RMTS, is listed as “out of compliance” and PCG will notify the district’s Superintendent. If you need assistance, you can contact PCG directly or the Medicaid Team at Oakland Schools. Follow up: Based on your responses, PCG may require further information. If so, you will receive a “Follow-Up” email from “[email protected]” asking you to click on another link and answer a few more questions. If you do not have a district email then your SE Office will be asked to contact you with the link. While you may have filled out your RMTS, the RMTS is not considered complete until PCG has all the information they require.
