FIRST YEAR JUNIOR COLLEGE ADMISSION ( ARTS/SCIENCE ) 2017-2018
(FOR ONLINE FIRST MERIT LIST STUDENTS)
Students should complete following procedure for securing admission
Step 1: A) students Should assemble in ground floor Room no: 1 & 2 ( Science ) and Room no.3 ( Arts)
between 11.00 am to 2.00 p.m. on 11.07.2017, 12.07.2017 & 13.07.2017.
B) Should fill PRE ADMISSION FORM and enclose original and Photocopy of the following
documents (1) X Mark statement
(2) School leaving certificate
(3) Online form Part I & II duly signed by the head of the school /Parents/student.
(4) Aadhar Card.
(5) Residential Address Proof
(6) Fee amount in Pay order or Bank DD infavour of“ SIES college of Arts,
Science & Commerce.”
(7) Fee for General Science Rs.1220/- and for Arts Rs.930/-
Step 2: Students should collect college Prospectus by paying Rs.100/-and complete the process of filling
COLLEGE APPLICATION FORM ONLINE and submit the HARD COPY of the admission form in
the college office ON OR BEFORE 13.07.2017 BY 3.00 P.M.
Students should refer instruction sheet given with the prospectus for filling ONLINE form.
Step 3 : Science Students seeking admission in vocational Subject ( computer Science / Electronics)
Or Information Technology , should first secure admission in the General Science.
They should fill preference form and separate Merit list will be displayed on 17.07.2017 at 5.00
p.m. If student is offered vocational subject they have to pay additional fees and confirm the
admission for the vocational course.
