The Players Club Agreement at
Morningstar Golfers Club
The undersigned hereby makes application for the Players Club at Morningstar Golfers
Club. This agreement is for the 2017 golf season only and infers no equity position in
Morningstar Golfers Club. The undersigned has chosen the appropriate level of
participation and agrees that fees paid in connection with this agreement shall not be
refunded and may be transferred only with the permission of Morningstar Golfers Club.
Further, the undersigned agrees to abide by all rules and regulations as established by the
Players Club and/or Morningstar Golfers Club, and acknowledges receipt of a copy of
said rules and regulations. The undersigned also agrees to be responsible for any damage
caused in the exercise of this agreement or any income lost through the failure to cancel
pre-booked tee times in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Finally, the undersigned agrees to hold club owners, directors, employees, and agents
harmless from any claim, liability, damage, or lawsuit resulting from the exercise of this
agreement

MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES
RESERVATION POLICY…..members may pre-book tee times up to three (3) weeks in
advance. This gives members a one (1) week “window of
opportunity” before non members may reserve tee times.
Members are encouraged to take advantage of this benefit.
CANCELLATION POLICY…members are guaranteeing pre-booked tee times with
their credit card which is on file. Notice of cancellation
or reduction of players must be received twenty-four (24)
hours in advance of the scheduled tee time or the
member will be charged. Members will also be charged a
twenty dollar ($20.00) fee for every open spot within their
reserved tee time. Sorry no exceptions!
A FULL GROUP…..is considered to be a foursome at Morningstar. Play of more than
four golfers per group will not be permitted. Morningstar reserves
the right to fill any group with less than four players at the starting
time.
STATE LAW PROHIBITS CARRY-ONS…..all food and beverage consumed at the club
must be purchased from Morningstar.
NON-METAL SPIKES…..are required at Morningstar.
MORNINGSTAR’S CLUBHOUSE…..is a non smoking facility. Smoking is permitted
on the back deck and all other outside areas.
ON THE COURSE…..golfers are expected to observe and abide by all directional
signage and the rules of play for that day as instructed by the
starter. In addition, golfers are expected to leave each hole in
better condition than they found it with regard to replacing
divots, repairing ball marks, and raking their footprints in
bunkers. Please be considerate of those who will follow you.
RANGERS…..will be present to assist golfers and to ensure that golfers play without
delay. In the interest of all, golfers are expected to keep pace with the
group AHEAD of them, not simply stay ahead of the group BEHIND
them.
ALL GOLFERS…..are required to sign in at the Golf Shop prior to using the course or
the range. This includes members. This is the only way that we can
know who is at the club in case of an emergency. It also facilitates
the filling of groups and insures that non members cannot utilize the
facilities without paying the proper fees.
NO MEMBER OR GUEST…..will be permitted to berate or reprimand any employee
of Morningstar. Should you feel that something of this
nature is in order, please bring it to the attention of the
General Manager and it will be dealt with accordingly.
MEMBERS…..are responsible for the decorum and conduct of their guests.
GRATUITIES…..are permitted and encouraged for staff members you feel are deserving.
This is a part of their income and also provides a barometer for how
they are performing their jobs. Gratuities will be added to “tabs”
unless other arrangements are made.
THE BAG DROP…..should be utilized whenever possible. Stopping and allowing the
staff to unload your clubs is the most efficient way for us to serve
you and minimize cart traffic in the parking lot. Please pull up to
the clubhouse prior to parking your vehicle. Your clubs and cart
will then be waiting for you next to the putting green after you
check in at the Golf Shop.
THE PRACTICE PUTTING GREEN…..is for putting and possibly low impact chipping.
it IS NOT for pitching! High trajectory shots
leave ball marks. Please confine your short
game practice to the short game practice area
to the west of the practice tees.
THE PRACTICE RANGE…..is normally open except one early morning each week
when it is cut and two hours before nightfall when it is
picked. Generally this means it is available for your use
between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm. Please
remember to check in at the Golf Shop prior to using
the practice facilities.
