NTUA is currently searching for Contact Agents for our new NTUA Call Center. Please read

3 Years of Customer Service and Payment Processing Experience
Excellent Communicator (Ability to Communicate in Navajo preferred)

Strong Customer Service Skills
Excellent Computer Skills
Must be able to Multi-task
Must be able to Type (typing test may be administered)
Position Title and Benefits:
Title: Contact Center Agent
Duration: Regular Full Time, Non-Exempt
Pay: $15.08/hour

Hours: 40/week
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shift: Must be flexible (7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily operation)
Location: NTUA Headquarters in Fort Defiance, Arizona
