MM2H Successful applicants will be granted a 10-year Social Visit Pass with Multiple Entry Visa and it is renewable for as long as they comply with the existing rules and regulations of the programme and laws of the country. ELIGIBILITY It is open to citizens of countries recognized by Malaysia regardless of race, religion, gender or age. This programme also allows participants to bring with them their spouse, children and parents as their dependents (Subject to existing conditions) TERMS AND CONDITION UPON APPLICATION Financial Requirement o Applicants aged 50 years & above: Liquid assets of RM350,000 + monthly income of RM10,000 o Applicants below 50 years: Liquid assets of RM500,000 + monthly income of RM10,000 Submission of a Medical Report Submission of a Letter of Good Conduct TERMS AND CONDITION UPON APPROVAL Successful applicants will be issued a Conditional Approval Letter where they are required to comply with the following requirements within a 6-month period: Open a Fixed Deposit Account in Malaysia o Applicants aged 50 years & above : RM150,000 o Applicants below 50 years: RM300,000 Submit a Health Insurance Pay the required visa fee Pay a security bond for direct applicants Car Purchase o Successful applicants are allowed to bring in one personal car OR choose to purchase one locally-assembled car without the need to pay import duty, excise duty and sales tax. Tax Free Income o All income brought into Malaysia is tax free. Domestic Helper o MM2H participants are allowed to employ one domestic helper House Purchase o Participants are allowed to purchase more than one residential property which must be above the minimum ceiling price set by the respective state governments where the property is located which is generally RM500,000 and above for each property.
