What?
 Energizers are classroom based physical
activities that may integrate physical
activity with academic concepts.
 These are short (less than 10 minutes)
activities that classroom teachers can
use to provide activity to children.
When?








Before and after school day
Start of each school day
Recess breaks

Introducing or during classroom lessons
Between lessons
Special events (within school day)
