As Per 2017 Baseball Alberta League Rules, Regulations and Requirements
11U(Mosquito), 13U(Pee Wee), 15U(Bantam), and 18U(Midget)
If this form is filled out incorrectly, it will be sent back and need to be re-submitted
For any transfer request that occurs after the Approved Final Roster is sent back to the teams (May 15th, 2017 for AAA
Teams and May 30th, 2017 for AA Teams) the Transfer fee will increase to $100.00.
There will be an additional charge of $100.00 to any player wishing to appeal beyond the transfer decision made by the
Baseball Alberta Registrar. Appeals will be brought forward to the Executive Committee upon receipt of payment.
