From the website, it shows that Cardiff accept Nappies and hygiene pads. a. How many households have signed up this service? b. Do you have any information about which age group of people sign up this service? For example, are they baby or elderly people? c. If not, could you estimate the split of the age groups using this service? RESPONSE : Please see attachment 1 - Number of Households and Adult / Child users 2. Are they separately collected by a dedicated round? a. How many vehicle is used for the nappy collections? RESPONSE : One b. Do your vehicle go out each day? How many days per week if the service runs? RESPONSE Yes, 5 days . Monday – Friday. c. Are the nappy collected regularly (e.g. weekly, fortnight, on demand)? RESPONSE : Every two weeks.
