OFFICIAL RAFFLE RULES:
1. A donation of $50 per number is required; all donations must be paid prior to the raffle in order to be included in the drawing. All unsold
numbers become property of the Moultrie-Colquitt County Chamber of Commerce.
2. Beginning September 2015 and each week thereafter for 52 weeks a gun will be given away. The 52 Gun Weekly Raffle winning number
will be the same number as the Georgia Lottery Wednesday Mid-Day CA$H 3 number.
3. The winning number needs to be the exact number drawn (Straight) from 000 through 999 and there is no limit on the number of times a
ticket can win.
4. A maximum of 1000 numbers will be sold. Number 000 through 999, no additional number will be added.
5. Winning numbers will be posted on the Moultrie Colquitt County Chamber of Commerce website www.moultriechamber.com or viewed
at www.galottery.com website.
6. Once you have been assigned a number you will have that number for all 52 weekly raffles.
7. In the event the winning ticket number has not been sold, the winner will be selected by reverting to the previous Georgia Lottery
EVENING Cash Three drawing(s) until we have a winner.”
8. Cash, personal checks or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) are accepted for the sale of a ticket. Guns will not be awarded until the check
clears the bank. Returned Checks are subject to an additional fee and disqualification from the raffle.
9. If a number is unsold, the Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to sell any unsold number for a future raffle date at a cost equal to
the number of remaining weekly raffles times $1 plus a $5 premium.
10. Three (3) attempts will be made to notify the winner by phone and email. Winners will be notified following the drawing with further
instructions to claim prize.
11. The ticket owner must provide proof of identification, you must be 18 years of age or older, a US resident and you must be capable of
passing all applicable background checks. Persons under the age of 18 may not purchase a ticket or win a prize. If the winner fails to pass
applicable background checks, their prize will be forfeited to the Moultrie-Colquitt County Chamber of Commerce.
12. You need not be present to win, however all guns must be claimed within 15 days of winning drawing date or risk losing their prize. All
unclaimed guns become the property of the Moultrie-Colquitt County Chamber of Commerce.
13. The prize will be picked at the participating dealer. Only the person named on the ticket may claim the prize. A state required gun
transfer fee of $25 will be due at that time. All prize winners are responsible for any fees (shipping, FFL transfer, taxes, etc.), the MoultrieColquitt County Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for any fees.
14. Winner may chose a discounted cash option in lieu of prize at value of prize selected that week.
15. Firearms are inherently dangerous. Winners are responsible for safe usage, and must follow all laws, regulations and manufacturer’s
instructions for safe firearms handling. The Moultrie-Colquitt County Chamber of Commerce holds no liability for improper use of a
firearm.
16. The Moultrie-Colquitt County Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to modify any gun if needed based on manufacturer’s available
inventory.
17. Tickets and prizes are non-transferrable.

The winner/ticket owner must provide government-issued proof of identification and comply with all Georgia and Federal laws regarding transfer, possession and ownership of firearms. Winner must be a U.S. resident, at least 18 years
of age to receive a long gun and 21 years of age to receive a handgun, and must pass all applicable background checks. If the winner fails to pass applicable background checks, or is otherwise prohibited from possessing a firearm, the
prize will be forfeited. The winner is responsible for complying with all laws and rules regarding lottery and/or raffle prizes in both the winner’s state of residence and the State of Georgia.
