PGA Junior League Golf is a fun, social and
inclusive opportunity for boys and girls, ages 13 and under,
to learn and enjoy the game of golf from our PGA
Professional here at the Bridges of Poplar Creek Country
Club. Our mission is to provide a fun, engaging atmosphere
for our Jr. League Golfers via a team format. Our athletes
will work directly with our PGA Pro to refine their golf skills
while enjoying time with their peers. Like many other
recreational youth sports, participants wear numbered
jerseys and play on teams with friends.
Registration Fee is $215, Participants Receive:








Team shirt.
A complimentary Bridges of Poplar Creek CC Preferred Discount Golf Pass, to receive discounts on every round of golf here
Weekly team practices on our driving range, and a few organized on course practices rounds
Instruction and coaching from our PGA Golf Professional/Team Captain Rob Michalak
All matches (green fees covered)
Access to customized website home page featuring schedules, standings, and stats
Exposure to quality golf courses and practice facilities and the chance at the playoffs
Parents will have full access to watching all practices on the range, and all matches on the golf courses. You will also have
full access to our Tap Inn Bar & Grill, Pro Shop, and our locker rooms

The matches will utilize a popular scramble format for players of every skill level
All participants get to play in every competition

Advanced skills not required
If your child can drive, chip or putt….we have a role for them on our JLG team

Practices begin in late May or June, Matches in July
August- Postseason Qualifiers and Section Championships
September- Regional Championships . October- National championships
