What we Propose
• OSA wants to elevate the level of soccer in our community, giving
children the opportunity to excel to their highest potential and desire.
Who we are
• We will consist of three Board of Directors (T.B.A.) - All from the local
community.
• Technical Director and Board Member:
 Aidan Davison- 30 year professional soccer player and coach, played at the
highest level in the UK including the English Premier League. Coached at
English Premier League level. Holder of the highest level of license in the USA
and Europe. Volusia resident for 7 years with his wife and 3 children.

• OSA will be sponsored by Lotto.
• Quality Italian sportswear made here in the USA.
• Manufactured in Ormond Beach.
• Lotto has sponsored and donated team uniforms to OBSC for many years until recently
when the club changed to Under Armor.
• OSA intends to use Lotto as our apparel provider because it is a local company which
keeps local people in employment. It also is a hands on company with quality customer
care.
• Currently Lotto supplies US pro soccer franchises in the USL leagues and NASL leagues. It
provided equipment to Orlando City Soccer Club during their historic USL success.
• The company supplies numerous youth soccer clubs throughout the USA.
• We are proud to be associated with them and very grateful for their support.

Proposals:
Option 1:
Option 2:
• Foundation (Rec) AND
Academy (competitive).
• Academy (competitive) program.
-OSA would oversee both
Foundation and Academy
programs.
-OSA would oversee only the
Academy (competitive) program.
Foundation (Rec)
• Rec will be rebranded as Foundation League. Would you send your children
to a school which was “not competitive”? I would not, so why would we
ask other parents to do so? Early education on proper techniques will help
young soccer players on their development journey. Even if they don’t
want to play high school soccer or college soccer, they should still be
taught by licensed educators so they know the correct skills . Many Rec
programs don’t correct bad technical habits which hinders the player when
he/she decides they now want to play at the next level. I have experienced
this as a coach the USA. It breaks my heart when I coach a 12 year old
player and realize they are only at 8 years of age from a technical
perspective. It is not their fault. They were taught that 2+2=5. It is too late
for these children to go to the next level because it equates to a high
school student only knowing 7th grade math or English!
Foundation(Rec)
• Our plan is to have fun with our foundation age group so they fall in
love with the game and learn in a structured environment. We use a
curriculum just like any quality education system. Children will be
coached in a manner which involves guided discovery so it is fun as
they learn.
• We are not reinventing the wheel. We are using a tried and tested
developmental curriculum which is used in the highest level of soccer
in the world. This has worked since the European academy system
was implemented 30 years ago. We want to serve the community but
in a way which helps the next generation and does not hinder them.
Foundation(Rec)
• All foundation players will be given free uniforms for the season. They
will also receive tuition in a camp environment from fully licensed
coaches who have the highest level of certification in the USA (USSF
‘A’ license). Parents will have the opportunity to attend coaching
clinics to help them with general soccer education and coaching tips
free of charge. We strongly believe that parents and children need
nutrition and hydration guidelines, so we will implement these as
part of the curriculum.
Development Academy
• We propose a new and dynamic approach to education and winning.
The development players will be working towards high school soccer
and college. We will provide a one-stop shop of tools for the children.
This includes the skill set needed to reach the next level and we will
provide the information which every player needs for college
recruiting. Our plan is to provide parents and players with a no-head
ache college route that includes email strategy, dvd footage and
grades/GPA minimum standards. These players will have their own
resume and bios which college coaches require.
Development Academy
• Children are naturally competitive so we wont use the “competitive”
word. Growth as soccer players and human beings is what we will
nurture. We give these kids a frame work and let them grow and
develop so we will see them get to the next level.
• When we see the next generation of soccer player on the television or
in a news paper, we can be proud to say we played a part. The City of
Ormond and OSA will provide a quality soccer product we can all be
proud of, not only will we help fulfill dreams but we also galvanize a
community.
Growth
• With our products, the complex will be utilized to its maximum potential. It
will draw quality teams from within State and out of State. This in turn
brings more footfall. In short it will be an economic success as opposed to
an economic drain on the tax payer.
• Having tournaments throughout the year would increase revenue for local
hotels and restaurants.
• Having I.D. camps for players from out of State would be attractive to us
because our company is linked to two UK pro teams: Bolton Wanderers FC
and Bury FC. Both will use our services for recruiting purposes. Our
Technical Director Aidan Davison has a global network including managers,
head coaches, scouts and players. His pro background brings instant
credibility to the program.
Growth
• Once we get our product and numbers back to a respectable level, we
could introduce a semi pro franchise which would be the highest level
of soccer in this area outside of the Orlando MLS franchise. This
product would be PDL (Premier Development League) which is a semi
pro league for the college athlete who wants exposure to pro clubs
and scouts. Aidan has been a head coach at this level and is also a
guest coach for the USL (United Soccer League). The USL is the pro
franchisees of PDL which is linked to MLS which is the top pro league
in the USA.

Summary
• Soccer is what we do and do it well. We would be honored to serve
our soccer community to deliver an exceptional product. With your
help, OSA would provide a quality service to the Ormond community
which would make us all proud.
