It is the responsibility of the team who wishes to make a change to a fixture to contact all parties and
make all the necessary arrangements. If the change is a day/venue change you must ensure that
the venue is available on that day by contacting your local council. A fixture change must be made
and confirmed at least 1 week prior the nominated change date. All parties must agree to the change
i.e. opposing team and umpire group. Once the change has been agreed to and all parties notified
and confirmed, the club requiring the change must complete this form and forward it to the Central
Conference - Competition Coordinator ([email protected]) 7 days prior to the nominated
change date for approval from the Central Conference Executive.
