How To Order Choose Home Products: Special Order Sheets are required with PO to
process all Choose Home orders. Download an order form from aquariusproducts.com or
hamiltonbathware.com. Fill out the order form by carefully following all instructions. Submit
one order form for each finish style choice. Fax order form to CSR. For more information on

Choose Home availability is determined by the finish and the package options that are
selected. The availability listed in the AQ or HAM Price booklet corresponds only with the
unit and options shown in the photographs and the descriptions of each unit. Lead times for
Choose Home units are generally 2 - 3 weeks.
No modifications to units are excepted. For additional modifications, refer to Commercial
products. For additional LOOSE accessory listings, see Choose Home Booklet in Aquarius or
Hamilton binder.
Color samples are representative only. Printing may cause some variations to the color. To
purchase solid surface color chip samples please contact customer service. Non-standard
AcrylX™ and acrylic colors may be found on our websites or requested by contacting
customer service. As in all batch manufacturing, slight variations may occur.
