shared with the potential buyer.

What happens next?
An Empty Homes Officer will acknowledge receipt of your interest in the service and your details
will then be added to the Sellers List.
If you haven’t submitted your own photograph, we will visit the property to take an external
photograph.
Your property details will then be available to view at www.anglesey.gov.uk/emptyhomes
If a buyer expresses an interest in your property, we will send them your contact details. The
potential buyer is then free to contact you or your estate agent directly to enquire about the
property.
