Policy and Legislation A key Question Is there authority in national legislation or policy to share intelligence by Customs with other law enforcement agencies, and vice-versa? 4. Regional Strategies & Networks A key Question There exists a plethora of regional strategies and networks, but how well coordinated are they to maximise effective use of available information?
