Hello Teams!
The Wynnewood Warriors Swim Team invites you to attend the
Annual Rock ‘n Roll Relays Swim Meet.
When: Tuesday, June 27, 2017
Rain Date: Wednesday, June 28, 2017
Where: Wynnewood Pool is located in Arbutus, Maryland.
Warm-Up: 4:30 – 5:30pm
Meet Start: 5:30pm
The Rock ‘n Roll Relays is a multi-team, all relay fun meet. A professional DJ plays FUN music
throughout the evening during the swimming events.

Entry Schedule: Please RSVP that your team will join us no later than May 30, 2017!!
Entries are due on Friday, June 23rd via e-mail. Please provide Relay Team name – A, B and C.
To keep the meet moving smoothly, 3 groups per swim team maximum.

Warm-Ups: Team warm ups beginning at 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm.

Will be provided at the Teepee Café To include our legendary Canopy pit beef
and turkey sandwiches, Warrior Fries, Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, nachos and many other snacks and
drinks. If you haven’t eaten at Wynnewood, plan on having dinner with us. You won’t be
disappointed!

33. The American Pie Relay: Full Team 500 Free (12 Swimmers 1 Boy/Girl 15-18 thru 8u)
Fees: Entry fees are $ 4.00 per swimmer, per event.
Swimmers must be roster swimmers with the team
they represent. Swimmers should generally swim in the age group they would in a sanctioned meet.
Awards:
The purpose of this meet is to swim, dance and have fun. There will be giveaways for certain
events for winning teams.
Officiating: This is a fun meet. We follow CMSL officiating rules but the first rule is for all of the
swimmers to have fun! The only time we are keeping is how long the line at the snack bar is!
Volunteers:
Each team must provide Clerk of Course during the meat for their swimmers.

Meet T-Shirts will be available in child & adult sizes. More
information on these to come shortly! Pre-orders will be available for your team.
