eStream- Creating Quizzes
If you are unfamiliar with the concept of Quizzes on eStream, please ask your nearest
DLF in the Digital Learning Zone or click here to find out more.
WARNING! The quiz DOES NOT save automatically. You have to save at least
once before publishing. Save after every question.
Step 1
Find a video you want to add a quiz to and select it.
Step 2
Click the Q symbol underneath the video.
Step 3
A new window will open. Click Open Quiz Editor.
(Yours and other quizzes may appear in this window)
Step 4
Click the Paper icon underneath the Play button to create a new quiz.
Step 5
A new window will open. Type in the name of you quiz and click Create.
(make your quiz name as unique as you can to make it easier to find)
Step 6
Move the timeline by dragging the white circle to the section of the video
where you want to insert content. Then click New Question, New Link, New Drawing
or New Annotation. If you would like more information on the different options
click here.
Step 7
A new window will open. If you have chosen New Question,
choose your question type then type in your question and answers,
alternatively you can draw, insert a link or type your annotation.
At the bottom click Save Question. (Annotations do not need saving)
Step 8
Your Question, Link, Drawing or Annotation will
appear on your timelines. Click Save.

Once you have added all the Questions, Links, Drawings or Annotations you want
on your video and you have clicked Save, click Publish.
Step 10
Your quiz is now published and available for use. To access your quiz,
click your name in the top right and click My Home. Then under
the Media tab click My Quizzes. In here you can view, edit,
look at statistics of your quiz and delete them.
Once you have completed your quiz and had students attempt the quiz you can review
