that land registered in HM Land Registry under Title Number WM84942 as shown on the attached plan edged
red being only part of the land the subject of an application made by The Knowle Society, Office 2, Greswolde
House, Knowle B93 0PU on 16th April 2013 under section 15(1) of the Commons Act 2006 and in accordance
with the Commons (Registration of Town or Village Greens) (Interim Arrangements) (England) Regulations
2007. The locality, or neighbourhood within a locality, specified in the application for registration of this land
was described as in respect of the locality of the Ecclesiastical Parish of Knowle (Church of England) (A/33).
