TOURNAMENT COST:
 A cost of $155 per player (min 12 players per team). This includes:

Sublimated playing shirt ($35) and shorts ($35) - $70

An additional $10 exists for female players wanting to order tights (total of $165)

GENERAL INFORMATION
Documentation:
The following documentation requirements are applied:

Team registration sheet must be emailed by Venue Coordinators only, to
Qld Oztag by the COB 22nd January 2016. With the players shirt number.

Player registration numbers need to be on the team sheet. Teams with
unregistered players will forfeit all points

Please read the Conditions of Entry carefully
Team Managers Meeting:
A compulsory meeting will be held at 10.00am on 29th January. This will be held
within the Administration area (please refer to venue map). Please do not miss this
meeting.
Opening Ceremony:
An Opening Ceremony will be held on Friday 29th January at approximately
10.30am. All Team Members and officials are required to attend and to wear
playing uniform and officials to wear team polo shirt wear applicable
Canteen:
Catering will be made available throughout the tournament.
Presentation:
A presentation will be conducted by Queensland Oztag CEO Scot Holmes
immediately after the completion of last games on Sunday:
Photos:
First Aid:

Winning teams will be presented with medallions and prizes

Runner up teams will be presented with medallions and prizes

MVP players from each division will be presented with a trophy

All winning, runner up teams and MVP will have photos taken.
Photographer will be present over the weekend:

Individual actions shots will be taken over the course of the weekend.

Photos will be available for pick up during the course of the Tournament as
well as the official photographers website after the tournament
Sports medicine personnel will be in attendance during the Championships.
However, it is the individual’s responsibility to provide strapping tape if preventative
strapping is required.

VENUE INFORMATION
Shade and seating:
Shade and seating is limited, however a limited amount of portable shade tents will
be available for player and spectator use. Please note that players and officials have
priority in this regard. It is advised that spectators bring their own seating and teams
are advised to be Sun Smart. It is also advised if you do have a tent to bring it along.

Parking:
There is a parking precinct located at the Western Fields on Milieu Place, Warana.
Please be aware when parking that emergency exits are to be kept clear at all times.
Shuttle Bus:
There is a shuttle bus service that will run from the parking precinct to the Sunshine
Coast Stadium.
Please refer to Precinct Parking and Shuttle Bus Map for parking options and
shuttle bus routes and times.
Change Rooms/Toilets:
Separate Boys and Girls Change rooms will be available at the grounds along with
adequate toilet facilities.
