TOURNAMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. This is a handicap tournament for league bowlers from any Center with established averages, of
any age. Events are teams of four, doubles, singles and Masters, consisting of men's, women's and
mixed. Youth bowlers have teams, doubles, singles and Masters events.
2. The prize-fund portion of the entry fee will be returned 100%. The final pay-off will take place in
person (at Tenpins & More summer leagues) or by mail by July 31, 2017.
3. Handicap will be based on goo", of the difference between 225 and the bowler's highest or combined assessed average over 21 games or more In any league at any Center as of April 30, 2017.
There will be no negative handicaps.
4. Unlimited re-entries by the same team, doubles or singles are permitted, providing lanes are
available.
5. Each event in teams, doubles and singles will be three games on one pair of lanes.
6. Adult teams and doubles may be all men, all women or any mix. Youth may be all girls, all boys or
any mix for their teams and doubles.
7. Entry fee will be $19 per bowler per event, and will consist of $9.50 prize-fund and $9.50 lineage
and tournament expense fee. Pay-out ratio will be one prize per six entries in singles, doubles and
teams.
8. Qualifying for the Masters will take place using league scores bowled between May 12 - July 3,
or by bowling an open play entry between those same dates. Entry fee is $5 per attempt (plus
lineage fees if open play). The top 9 women, top 15 men, top 9 youth (boys & girls together) will
bowl the finals over six games, plus handicap, at a cost of $35, of which $ 16 covers lineage with
the rest being added to their respective Masters prlze-fund.
The Masters final will be held at 9am on Tuesday, July 4, with check-in time from 8:30am.
9. The Tournament Director Is Steve Mackie who will conduct the event In accordance with normal
league-style playing rules and regulations. In disputes, after reviewing all details, his decision will be
final.
