Acera’s STEAM Camp is designed for creative, inquisitive children who are able to work successfully both independently and in group
settings. Please share a few sentences to help us learn more about your child.

Pricing:
 Prices include all materials and lab fees.
 There is a 10% discount for students who enroll in both morning and afternoon programs within the same week. This does not
apply to full day sessions. There is a 20% discount if you enroll by Feb. 27, 2017. Please note that only one discounts applies.
 Early Drop-Off is available, beginning at 8 a.m. The cost is $10 per day per child.
 Late Pick-Up is available between 4 and 6 p.m. The cost is $10 per day per child.
 In the unlikely case a session does not fill, we reserve the right to cancel a specific offering. We will inform you at least four
weeks ahead of the week the program is scheduled to run. Students will be able to switch into another session or receive a
reimbursement.
Payments
 A deposit of $100 per program a student registering for is due at time of enrollment (e.g. for three offerings, the deposit is $300.)
 Full tuition total is due by May 1, 2017. (After May 1, full tuition is due upon enrollment.)
 Discounts will be applied to final payments (not deposits.)
 Please note that enrollment is not complete until paid for by check and approved by Acera Staff.
