Frank Saladis PMP & PMI Fellow
Frank Saladis is an accomplished leader in project management. He is the author of 7 published books, the past editor of
the All PM Newsletter and the author of over 100 articles. Frank has entertained countless audiences with project
management songs as his way of sharing his humor and passion for project management. He owns Project Imaginers and
Blue Marble Enterprises and is also a senior project management instructor with the International Institute of Learning (IIL).
James (Jim) Snyder, PMIEF & PMI Founder
Jim Snyder is a founder of the Project Management Institute, a Fellow of the Institute, and a past Volunteer Executive
Director, President and Chairman of the Board. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the PMI Educational
Foundation, Treasurer of the Delaware Valley Chapter, and a member of the Editorial Review Board of Project Management
Journal.
Mr. Snyder, who is casually referred to as the "Father of PMI," has been awarded the PMI Man of the Year Award and is an
Honorary Life Member of the Institute. He is also a founding member of the PMI Delaware Valley Chapter and the
Pharmaceuticals Specific Interest Group (SIG). Mr. Snyder served as the project manager for the construction of PMI's World
Headquarters in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, USA. The PMI James R. Snyder Center for Project Management Knowledge
and Wisdom, located in the headquarters building, is named in his honor.
Phil Weinzimer
Phil Weinzimer is president of Strategere Consulting and works with clients to develop business and IT strategies that
focus on achieving business outcomes. Mr. Weinzimer was previously the Managing Principal-Professional Services for IT
Business Management at BMC Software, ITM Software, CAI, Sapient, and Unisys. Mr. Weinzimer’s new book, The Strategic
CIO: Changing the Dynamics of the Business Enterprise. , focuses on how CIOs strategically transform IT organizations by
leveraging information and technology to create new customer value, increase corporate revenue, and enrich shareholder
value. Over 150 CIOs, IT leaders, business executives, and academic thought leaders were interviewed as part of the
research for the book.
Mr. Weinzimer writes for CIO magazine and Harvard Business School (HBS). Mr. Weinzimer holds a B.B.A from Adelphi
University in Business Management, an M.B.A from Adelphi University in Finance, and pursued post graduate studies at NYU
in International Finance and Computer Science.

Technology, Call Center Operations and Project Management disciplines. Known for his passion and energy, his focus is

Jaynee Beach
Jaynee Beach is an original nerd, cleverly disguised as an Agile Coach. Passionate about artificial intelligence, elegant
systems architecture, and delightful user experiences, Jaynee holds degrees in Math and Computer Science, with Masters
and PhD in Cognitive Psychology. Jaynee invented a cutting-edge user interface for the digital map, navigation, and flight
systems in the Cobra combat helicopter. She became a passionate Agilist when the budget was slashed on the F-35, and
her teams still had to make first flight on time and transformed several organizations at Lockheed from classic "waterfall"
project delivery to Agile.
Kim Buchsen
Kim Buchsen is an agile transformation expert with over 25 years of IT and business management experience in a variety of
global industries, both in the public and private sectors. She specializes in managing complex initiatives utilizing both PMI
procedures and Agile methodologies.
Bill Dannenmaier
Bill Dannenmaier, trainer, consultant, and CEO BlackBox Migrations, LLC, (d/b/a BlackBox Partners) has a broad background
that crosses industries, functions, and cultures. He has industry knowledge in energy (upstream and downstream),
telecommunications, Information Technology (IT), consulting, and the military. Bill has worked with multinational
corporations, small businesses, non-profit groups, and governments. His has expertise in a diversity of functions: line
management, research and development, business development, marketing, information technology, regulatory policy, and
program management, working across the U.S., Canada, Switzerland, the UK, Sweden, Italy, and Austria. He applies his
extensive experience working in foreign language environments and cultures to cross-cultural and "corporate cultural"
issues. As a trainer Bill has taught thousands of students on five continents. Bill has assisted clients to establish project
and risk management training programs and competencies for their staff and presented at PMI chapter meetings in Texas,
Colorado, Nebraska, Virginia, and Saskatchewan.
Chris Bart
Chris Bart has been a Project & Chaotic Situation consultant, trainer and author for over 20 years. He enjoys working with
clients where goals are critical, many factors may be in conflict, and various technical challenges must be met. In his classes
he enjoys converting difficult concepts into usable “how-to” ideas using humor, music and team-learning techniques.
Mr. Bart holds a Bachelor Degree in Administration with a minor in Computer Science, an MBA in Finance, and a Master
Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. He has done additional studies in psychology,
Russian, music and computer engineering. He is a Certified Scrum Master and is an adjunct faculty member of the University
of Colorado, The United States Office of Personnel Management, NASA APPEL and Mission Critical Training.
