Cancellations and Substitutions: A full refund of paid registrations will be made if cancellations are received no less than five (5) working days prior to
the training session start date for which a participant is registered. Cancelations received after that time will be assessed a $50 registration surcharge.
Any/all remaining pre-paid registration fee may be applied to a future training session, or a refund request may be made. If notice of cancellation is not
received and you are not in attendance of the pre-registered course, full fees will be assessed and no refund will be issued. Substitutions may be made
at any time.
