Shelter Information
Shelter capacity has been calculated using a formula, and is an estimate for open-air shelters. Seating capacity was
determined with picnic tables seating 8 individuals (Exception: Fell Park picnic tables seat 6). We have also identified
park amenities, grills available near the shelters, whether electricity and water is available (faucet on side of each
drinking fountain), and if the restroom facilities are permanent buildings or a portable toilet.
NOTE: Water is available mid-April through mid-October, and then permanent bathroom facilities and water fountains
are winterized and unavailable for use. Portable toilets are available in parks during the winter months.
