Our hosting families are able to accept
max 16 students. Families can accommodate
students from Saturday/Sunday to
Wednesday morning.

Airport arrival and transfer - Teachers from
Roerich School will wait for you at Sofia
Airport according to flight schedule.
Teacher Accommodation - Teachers will be
accommodated at Vitosha Tulip Hotel.


Both students and teachers have free time on
Saturday and Sunday. Support and
emergency telephone will be available 24
hours.

We chose Vitosha tulip hotel as your host hotel. The advantages are perfect location, best prices
and excellent service.
Vitosha Tulip hotel is situated at the foot of Vitosha mountain in the center of the Dragalevtsi
neighborhood, Only two minutes walking distance from Roerich school.
The hotel has conference halls and meeting room, traditional and classic restaurant, coffee shop.


All participants are transported
by bus to the sports facility and

A traditional music event, where students present different musical performances.
Every year there is a guest musician from Bulgaria or abroad.
We are happy to invite participant musicians from all Comenius guests to take part
One participant per country. They can play the piano, other instruments or sing. The
duration of the performance should be max 4 minutes.
The deadline to inform us about your participation is the 17th April.

Principles and rules of the Games
All countries together in friendship, support and team cooperation
2 International Teams per each game – Team Freedom and Team

Fair play
Each country nominates 2 players per game.
In case of 2 students travelling, they play in all games but in different teams
In case of more students travelling the country decides which students take part
and in which game. In this case we encourage more students to play
The same number of players per country play in each team /Bulgaria will divide the
players in the 2 teams according to age, gender and country table with
students and chosen sports/
Each country nominates 1 teacher for a coach. Coaches will know which team and
which sport they will coach on the day of the games

Confidence, joint leadership and decision making
Teams build their strategy together on the field
Coaches don’t build strategy – they only unite, encourage and motivate the team
A player can ask the coach for a change if they feel tired or sick and the coach
chooses among the reserve players
