Moving Assignments and Scores
Step 1) First create categories in the grading task that assignments need
to move to.
For example: If Category/Assignments are under Progress Grade and
they need to be under Quarter Grade.
Assignments tool > Edit category > click on the existing category >
check the Quarter Grade (the progress with still be checked and grayed
out) and Save Category.
Repeat steps until all categories have been checked for Quarter Grade.
Step 2) From Assignments tool click on assignment to edit it and
UNCHECK the Progress Grade at bottom of assignment window for
grading task. A message will appear asking if you want to move or
discard scores. Check Move Scores to a different Standard/Task and
choose the Quarter grade and the category. Save.
Once you save, the grading task should be checked for Quarter Grade and
the category.
This has to be done for every assignment.
Once all assignments/ scores have been moved go to Step 3.
Step 3) Assignments tool > Edit Category > Click on the
Category and UNCHECK the Progress Grade under Grading
Task > Save
